- Extensive supervisory experience over process operations.
- Training/competence working with Tier 1 integrated energy companies.
- Developing/implementing standards for knowledge, instruction, and certification testing for the LNG facility.
- Training program experience directly working with national employees supporting a direct path to promotions, progressive assignments and increased responsibility of the facility.
- Manage operations and maintenance activities for the commissioning and startup of a Gas to Fuels Pilot and Demonstration Plant facilities, which included design and development of procedures, training materials, and successful delivery of the facilities training program.
